At HomeSafe, we provide comprehensive programs preventing new cases of violence, protecting victims of child abuse and domestic violence, and preparing children, young adults and families for safer, more productive lives.
Our continuum of care starts at birth, giving children ages 0-5 a healthy start to grow up ready for kindergarten. For children ages 7-17, our five group homes provide a safe haven from abuse and therapeutic services to treat their trauma.
Through HomeSafe’s immediate intervention and prevention services to domestic violence victims and their children, we break the cycle of abuse. Our Independent Living Housing Program provides a bridge to self-sufficiency and affordable housing for young adults who have “aged out” of foster care.
This endowment provides a stable, reliable source of funding for year-round regular recreational activities – including Spring Break and summer break – that will allow our kids to experience a typical childhood and practice their behavior management skills while out and about in the community.
Your donation will fund trips to so many great places, but most importantly, it will provide cherished memories for the children growing up at HomeSafe.
