Jillian C. Vukusich,CAP® Promoted to Vice President of Community Investment

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (April 5, 2013) – The Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties is pleased to announce the promotion of Jillian C. Vukusich, CAP® to Vice President of Community Investment.  Jillian joined the Community Foundation in 2006 as a Program Associate and, following subsequent promotions, was promoted to Director of Community Investment in 2010.  

As Vice President of Community Investment, Jillian will continue to provide leadership in the design and implementation of the Foundation’s community investment activities while working closely with the Foundation’s donor services staff to align and cultivate interest among current and prospective donors with opportunities for giving.  During her time at the Foundation, Jillian has led several community programs including the Safety Net Challenge, Alleviate Hunger and STEAM initiatives.

Jillian is an alumnus of the Hull Fellows Program through the Southeastern Council of Foundations, the nation’s leading professional development program for philanthropy’s up-and-coming leaders, and is a current member of the Council on Foundation’s Next Generation Task Force. She also sits on the Community Advisory Panel of the Children’s Services Council of Martin County and served as a peer reviewer for the second edition of The Foundation Review.

In 2012, Jillian earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® professional designation from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School of The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. The program provides professionals that work in the development and implementation of philanthropic programs with the knowledge and tools needed to help clients reach their charitable objectives, while also helping them meet their estate planning and wealth management goals. She holds a Master of Arts in Arts Management from American University in Washington, D.C., with distinction in the areas of Audience Development and Fundraising, and a Bachelor of Science in Dance Education from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
