Impact 100 Palm Beach County is excited to announce the opening of its 2018 grants cycle.
The Letter of Intent will be available starting on September 11, 2017 and must be submitted by 5:00 pm on October 27, 2017. Interested nonprofits can access the Letter of Intent through Gifts Online via the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties’ website at www.yourcommunityfoundation.org.
Impact 100 PBC is operated as a donor advised fund at the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties, which provides critical guidance and oversight throughout the grant making process.
In April 2017, Impact 100 PBC awarded a $100,000 grant in each of its five focus areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment, Family, and Health & Wellness.
“Our goal for 2018 is to once again award a grant in each of our five focus areas” says Helen Ballerano, co-president of Impact 100 PBC. “What makes this goal attainable is our membership’s commitment to our organization and their passion for supporting nonprofit projects and initiatives that serve to achieve a lasting impact in southern Palm Beach County.”
Impact 100 Palm Beach County is entering its seventh year and has awarded over $2.1 million to nonprofits that serve local communities from Lake Worth Road south to the Broward County line.
In 2017, 562 women made a $1,000 donation to become an annual member of Impact 100 Palm Beach County. The 2017 $100,000 grant recipients were:
